Chocolate Shakti is a combination of two words. The English word 'chocolate' is combined with the Indian Sanskrit word 'shakti'.  Shakti is translated to mean power, and strength.   Combined, the idea of powerful chocolate emerges vibrant.

CEO and Professional Chocolatier, Angelmary Koola, brought Chocolate Shakti to the Internet in the Spring of 2009, with a vision of creating a little piece of cyberspace that could serve the needs of those with an appetite for unique gourmet specialty indian inspired chocolates. Trained in 2005 at Ecole Chocolat, The Professional School of Chocolate Arts, and graduating with top honors, Chocolatier Koola infuses every handmade chocolate she creates with her extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chocolatier Koola started her career as a Chocolatier Assistant for Kron Chocolatier, a well established chocolate shop located in Great Neck, New York.

Before Chocolatier Koola created her first treat, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of indian spices and asian inspired creativity.   With Chocolatier Koola, using such amazing spices like turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin and many others, puts the chocolates from Chocolate Shakti in a class of its own.  Customers agree... Chocolate Shakti is simply the best.
